Description
The ATS 500A Deluxe Drop Arm Commode is a chrome plated steel commode that has become the know standard to government agencies and facilities across the country. Its welded and bolt construction make it sturdy and able to be used over the toilet or by itself. Swing down armrests have full poly arm pads that clear the seat pan to allow for easy transfers to and from wheelchairs, bed, etc. The quick release pin is used to lower armrests and will conveniently lock when the armrest is returned to the upright position. The padded seat can be removed and is covered with heavy duty tear resistant vinyl. The seat height can be increased by 2" or 3" with appropriate grow kits (sold separately).
