At Medical Warehouse Inc, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible products and services. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Purchased from Medical Warehouse Inc
  • Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • non wound, ostomy and incontinence products 

Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@medicalwarehouse.ca to request a return authorization number (RMA).
  • Pack the product in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation.
  • Clearly label the package with the RMA number provided by our customer service team.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for returns:

  • Products that have been used or damaged
  • Products that are not in their original packaging
  • Products that were purchased more than 30 days ago
